If you attended prior to 1996, you may request a transcript in one of the following ways:

• Filling out a transcript request form in the Office of the Registrar,
• Sending or faxing a WEB-Transcript-Request form, or e-mailing a signed PDF attachment
• Sending a written letter.
• (Print a WEB Transcript Request Form-paper transcript)

Your signature is required to release a transcript. There is a $8 fee for each transcript ordered.

• Where to send transcript: Name & address of recipient
• Billing address
• $8 per transcript
